A Moment in Time

This one was commissioned and designed for a ladies boutique interstate. The client wanted something larger, soft and ethereal and a little yesteryear.

When she saw the finished painting she said, that is not going to the shop, I am taking that home.

It has had a long life since. I have painted at least ten commissions in this style from this one painting alone, The Flower Pickers among them, and the reproductions have been some of my most sought after over the years.
